Our pacifier clips have been lab-tested to ensure the durability of this product, so there are no small parts. From the bottom of the clip to the end of the loop, the length of this pacifier leash is no more than 8 inches per CPSC recommendations. Our stainless steel clips have passed lead and heavy element testing! Total length from top of clip to bottom of the loop: 9 inches.

Our teethers have gone through use and abuse/small parts testing at a lab to ensure they are durable and have no small parts. The silicone ring we use is 2.5 inches and passes lead and heavy element testing.
